About Us

A software house that also takes care of the rest

World Sports City develops software and solves the problems that tend to fall between departments: the app exists, but it doesn't talk to the management system; the store sells, but the inventory lives somewhere else; the website looks good, but nobody can find it. We handle both the individual piece and the integration.

Our approach starts with the process, not the tool. We learn what the organization does today and where it loses time and margin. Only then do we decide what will be built from scratch, what will be integrated with what already exists, and what should remain a decision made by people.

We work with the infrastructure the client already has. We don't require you to replace what works, we don't lock anyone into technology of our own, and we hand over the code, the access credentials, and the documentation to whoever pays for them.

Our mission

To give companies the in-house capability to operate with Artificial Intelligence: technology in place, documented processes, and teams trained to maintain and evolve what has been built.

How we work

  • Technical rigor and AI engineering Documented architecture, recorded decisions, version-controlled code, and separate development and production environments.
  • Data governance Information classification, a defined policy on who can access what, and clear rules on which data AI systems may and may not process.
  • Security by default The principle of least privilege, two-factor authentication, secrets kept out of the code, encrypted communications, and verified backups.
  • What's yours stays yours Source code, accounts, domains, and data are in the client's name from day one. No mandatory licenses of ours, and nothing held for ransom when the contract ends.
  • Client autonomy Everything we deliver is documented, with credentials managed by the client and training so the in-house team can maintain the solution.

Our services

What we do

Ten areas that can be contracted separately or combined into a single program. Some clients ask us for an app and stop there; others start with the website and end up with their entire operation integrated. We handle both well.

01

Custom software development

Systems built to fit the company's processes, not the other way around. Internal management platforms, customer portals, restricted-access areas, and apps for iOS and Android.

  • Web applications and internal management platforms
  • Mobile apps for iOS and Android
  • Portals for customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Ongoing development and modernization of existing systems
  • Code handed over to the client, version-controlled and documented
02

Websites, online stores, and digital presence

From a corporate website to a store with a catalog, inventory, and payments. All of it fast, accessible, and built to be found, with content management in the hands of the people who will use it.

  • Corporate websites and campaign pages
  • E-commerce with catalog, inventory, and payments
  • Content management the in-house team can run on its own
  • Performance, accessibility, and good readability on mobile
  • Integration with the management and billing systems
03

Process automation and systems integration

We connect the systems that don't talk to each other today. The management system, the sales platform, and the communication and productivity tools start sharing information, through monitored workflows.

  • Integration between management, sales, and support systems
  • Connections to messaging, voice, and email channels
  • API-based workflows between applications, orchestrated end to end
  • Repetitive tasks automated, with logging
  • Alerts and controlled recovery when something fails
04

Virtual assistants and applied Artificial Intelligence

AI grounded in the company's own information, with answers traceable to their source and an immediate handoff to a person when the confidence threshold isn't met.

  • Assistants for customer service and lead qualification
  • Internal assistants that support team decision-making
  • A company-specific knowledge base, fed by the systems in use
  • Automatic processing of documents and correspondence
  • Human oversight on decisions that affect people
05

Data analytics and business intelligence

Metrics that reach leadership without passing through spreadsheets filled in by hand. We consolidate scattered data into a single model and build the dashboards on top of it.

  • A consolidated data model built from multiple sources
  • Executive and operational dashboards that update automatically
  • Metrics by team, product, channel, and period
  • Preserved history and period-over-period comparisons
  • Alerts when a metric moves outside its defined range
06

Cloud, infrastructure, and support

Software is only worth something if it's up and running. We handle the hosting, the environments, the backups, and the maintenance contract that keeps everything working after delivery.

  • Hosting in the cloud, on a dedicated server, or on the client's premises
  • Separate development and production environments
  • Automated deployment, with rollback if something goes wrong
  • Monitoring, alerts, and agreed response times
  • Contracts for maintenance and ongoing development
07

Cybersecurity and business continuity

What protects operations on a bad day: who can access what, what is stored outside the system, and how long it takes to restore service if something goes wrong.

  • Access management and the principle of least privilege
  • Two-factor authentication and secrets kept out of the code
  • Verified backups, with tested restores
  • A continuity and recovery plan with defined timeframes
  • Security reviews of applications and infrastructure
08

Digital marketing, social media, and SEO

Building is half the job. The other half is being seen. We work on your presence in search engines and on social media, and on the copy that makes the difference between a visit and an inquiry.

  • Technical and content search engine optimization
  • Social media management and content calendars
  • Copywriting for web pages, campaigns, and ads
  • Paid campaigns, targeting, and performance analysis
  • AI-assisted image and video production, with human review
09

Consulting, strategy, and governance

Before you build, understand the lay of the land. For those who don't know where to start, or who have started three times and never finished.

  • Digital maturity assessment by business function
  • Mapping and redesign of critical processes
  • Data architecture and defined sources of truth
  • Technology selection without vendor lock-in
  • Internal policies for the safe use of AI
  • See the consulting details
10

Team training and upskilling

We train in the same areas we work in, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. Training can be contracted as part of a project or on its own.

  • Artificial Intelligence at three levels, from the basics to building assistants
  • Sessions by team, built on the company's real cases
  • Automation, data, security, digital marketing, and online stores
  • In person or remote, in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
  • See the training plan

Consulting

Consulting in every area we work in, with a focus on AI

Not every project starts with code. Often a company first needs someone to look at its operations, separate what's worth doing from what's just a fad, and map out the path. We consult in the same areas where we deliver: as a one-off engagement, within a project, or on an ongoing basis. Artificial Intelligence is where this makes the biggest difference.

Featured consulting

Artificial Intelligence with judgment, not on impulse

Before you buy tools or commission development, we help you decide where AI delivers results, what data it uses, what risks it carries, and who stays in control.

  • Readiness assessment Data, processes, teams, and risks, assessed before any investment.
  • Prioritized use cases Where AI saves time or improves decisions, ranked by impact and effort.
  • Model and vendor selection An independent comparison, without getting locked into a single platform.
  • Governance and safe use Usage policies, data protection, and human oversight on decisions that affect people.
  • Pilots before scaling Controlled tests, with success criteria defined before they start.

Our method

How a project with us works

Always the same sequence, whether it's a two-week automation or a platform that takes a year. The size of each stage changes; the order doesn't.

Conversation and assessment

The first meeting is technical, not a sales call. We want to understand what the team does on a normal day, where the work gets stuck, and which systems are already in place. Often the problem turns out to be different from what it seemed at first.

What you get: A written analysis of the problem and a recommendation, with no obligation to go any further.

Fixed-scope proposal

We put in writing what will be done, in what order, how long it will take, and what it will cost. We also put in writing what is not included, which is where projects usually go sour.

What you get: A proposal with phases, timelines, pricing, and clear limits on what is left out.

Building in short increments

No disappearing for three months and coming back with a surprise. We work in short cycles, with something to see and test at the end of each one, and we adjust course while changes are still cheap to make.

What you get: Usable versions from the start, in a test environment reserved for the client.

Going live

The move to production is planned, not improvised on a Friday afternoon. Separate environments, data migrated and verified, a deployment that can be rolled back, and a period of closer monitoring.

What you get: The system up and running, with accounts, domains, and code in the client's name.

Training and follow-up

We hand the operation over to the people who will look after it. Training for the teams who will use it, documentation of what was built and, where it makes sense, a maintenance contract for the next round of development.

What you get: A self-sufficient in-house team, documentation handed over, and support if you want it.

Technologies

What we work with

We have no favorite platform and take no vendor commissions. The deciding factor is what serves the client's operation and what the in-house team can maintain after we leave.

  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Document management, permissions, and controlled sharing
  • Standardized forms and templates for each process

Artificial Intelligence

  • Claude and equivalent models for language tasks
  • Company-specific knowledge bases with traceable answers
  • Meeting transcription and summaries in English, Portuguese, or Spanish

Automation and orchestration

  • Make and n8n for workflows between systems
  • REST APIs, web services, and custom integrations
  • Monitoring, alerts, and selective reprocessing

  • Power BI and Looker Studio
  • Relational databases and data warehouses
  • Scheduled extraction and transformation jobs

Development and hosting

  • Web applications, mobile apps, and custom services
  • Automated deployment and separate environments
  • Cloud, dedicated servers, or the client's own infrastructure

Architecture note

Integrations that hold up day to day

An integration that is easy to demo is not the same as one that runs every day for three years. The difference lies in what happens when the other side fails, repeats itself, or changes without warning. We always design with that day in mind:

  • Incremental sync, processing only what changed instead of scanning everything.
  • Change detection through a fingerprint of each record, avoiding wasted work.
  • Adaptive frequency, more often during business hours and less often outside them.
  • Idempotency, so that repeating the same read never duplicates records or actions.
  • Progressive backoff during outages, protecting the source system.
  • Run logs, with immediate alerts and reprocessing of the window that failed.

The result is predictable behavior: no unnecessary load on the client's systems, no duplicate records appearing out of nowhere, and no need for third parties to change anything on their end.

Training and Upskilling

Teams become self-sufficient, not dependent

We train in the areas we work in, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. A project that depends forever on the people who built it isn't finished: training is part of the delivery, and it can also be contracted separately, with no project involved.

Phase 1

Shared foundation

The essentials for everyone: what the tools do well, where they fail, what information should never leave the company, and how to check a result before using it. No jargon, and no assumption that anyone already knows it.

Phase 2

Sessions by team

Each team works on its real cases, not textbook exercises. The people who sell, the people who run the processes, and the people who maintain the systems have different problems and deserve different sessions.

Phase 3

Day-to-day support

After the classroom training, we support the teams in their daily use, clear the specific roadblocks that come up, and adjust the workflows to what real use reveals.

Phase 4

Handover and documentation

An operations manual, documented architecture, client-managed credentials, and transition sessions for the in-house team. The stated goal is for the team to maintain and change what was implemented without needing to call us.

Featured training

Artificial Intelligence for the people who will use it every day

AI training is the request we get most often, and it is also where the most money is wasted on lots of training and few results. We don't run sessions designed to impress with demos. We run sessions on each team's real work, with the tools they will actually use the following Monday.

Request a training plan
  1. Level 1 Introduction What these tools do well, where they fail, and why they make things up. How to ask for what you want and how to check what comes back. What information should never be entered into them.
  2. Level 2 Application by role Each team works on its own cases: proposals, replies to customers, document analysis, meeting summaries, report preparation. Using the company's own data.
  3. Level 3 Advanced use and assistants Building and maintaining assistants on top of the company's document library, integrating them with the systems in use, and knowing when a decision needs to go back to a person.
  4. Format In person or remote Group sessions or one-on-one support, in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with materials the company keeps.

Other training areas

The subjects we work in are the subjects we teach. Each program is built around the company's real processes, not around a generic manual.

No-code process automation

  • Designing a workflow from start to finish
  • Connecting the tools the team already uses
  • Knowing when automation is a bad idea

Productivity and collaborative work

  • Documents, permissions, and sharing without the confusion
  • File organization that survives employee turnover
  • Meetings, notes, and task tracking

Data and reading metrics

  • Reading a dashboard without being fooled by it
  • Building the metrics that matter for each role
  • Spreadsheets: what is still worth keeping

Information security for everyone

  • Passwords, two-factor authentication, and access management
  • Recognizing scam and fraud attempts by email
  • What information never leaves the company, and why

Digital marketing, social media, and SEO

  • A content calendar the team can keep up with
  • Writing to be found in search engines
  • Reading campaign results without kidding yourself

E-commerce and store management

  • Catalog, inventory, and orders, day to day
  • Product pages that sell and get found
  • Returns, payments, and customer service

Technical training for IT teams

  • Maintaining the automations and integrations we delivered
  • Environments, deployment, and rollback, done safely
  • Reading logs and diagnosing before escalating

Customer service and sales process

  • Duplicate-free records in the sales system
  • Following up on leads and proposals
  • Using AI to help prepare for meetings

Custom Training

Work with us to design custom training for your company

None of these programs is set in stone. We combine the areas that matter to your company, match the level to the people taking part, and build the sessions around the tools and processes your team already uses.

Set up your training
  • TopicsA single area or several combined, with or without Artificial Intelligence
  • ParticipantsThe whole company, one team, or specific roles
  • LevelFrom beginner to advanced, depending on each group's starting point
  • FormatIn person or remote, group or individual

Contact

Request a proposal or talk to a consultant

The first conversation is about understanding where your operation loses time. Only after that does it make sense to discuss tools, timelines, and investment.

  • Custom quotes A proposal with scope, phases, deliverables, and terms, based on the initial assessment.
  • Full projects or one-off engagements We take on projects from scratch as well as a single piece that is holding everything else up.
  • Maintenance and ongoing development We also take over software built by others, after reviewing it and telling you frankly what we found.
