This Privacy Policy explains how World Sports City, LLC ("World Sports City," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal information of people who visit worldsportscity.biz (the "Site") or contact us through it. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, in particular the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22575 et seq.) and the Delaware Online Privacy and Protection Act (6 Del. C. § 1205C).
This policy applies only to the Site and to communications initiated through it. Information handled in connection with projects, contracts, or training is governed by the written agreement entered into with each client.

- Tax ID

2. Information We Collect
2.1. Information You Send Us
The Site has no forms or registration areas. We receive personal information about you only if you write to us by email. In that case, we handle whatever you choose to include in the message, typically:
- name and email address;
- company, job title, and, if you provide it, telephone number;
- the content of the message and its attachments, including the description of your request.
We do not need sensitive information to respond to an inquiry. We ask that you not send us identification document numbers or Social Security numbers, bank or card details, health information, or other data of this nature.
2.2. Information Collected Automatically
The Site does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or fonts or scripts loaded from third-party servers. As with any website, the server that hosts the Site logs technical data each time the Site is accessed:
- IP address;
- date and time of access and the page requested;
- browser type and operating system;
- referring page, when the browser reports it.
These logs are used to keep the Site running, detect abuse, and resolve problems. We do not use them to identify visitors or to build profiles.
2.3. Information from Other Sources
We do not receive personal information about you from third parties through the Site.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information only to:
- respond to your message and act on your request;
- prepare and send the proposals you have requested;
- communicate with you about the services in question;
- keep the Site running and secure;
- comply with legal obligations and defend our rights.
We do not send commercial communications unless you have requested them. Every communication of this kind identifies us and includes a simple way to opt out of receiving such communications, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.).
4. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell personal information. Nor do we share it for advertising based on your activity on other websites. We share it only in the following cases:
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as the Site's hosting provider, our email provider, and IT support providers. They receive only what is necessary to perform the service and are obligated to keep the information confidential;
- Authorities, when required by law, for example in response to a court order or a valid subpoena;
- Protection of rights, when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or abuse, or to protect the safety and rights of World Sports City, our clients, or third parties;
- Corporate transactions, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. In that case, the information remains subject to this policy or to another policy that provides at least the same protection;
- With your consent, in any other situation.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The Site does not place cookies or store any information in your browser. Nor does it allow third parties to collect, through the Site, personal information about your activity over time or across other websites. If this changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
6. "Do Not Track" Signals
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signals. Because the Site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, there is no tracking to disable: all visitors are treated the same way, whether or not they send these signals.
7. Retention
We retain the messages you send us for as long as they are needed to respond to your request and to manage any business relationship that results from it. After that, we retain them only for as long as required by legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or for the defense of legal rights. Technical server logs are retained for the period set by the hosting provider.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), access restricted to those who need it, and protected credentials. No system is completely secure. In addition, standard email is not end-to-end encrypted, so do not use it to send us confidential information.
If a security incident affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you in accordance with applicable state laws, including the Delaware data breach law (6 Del. C. § 12B-101 et seq.).
9. Your Rights and Choices
Several U.S. states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Texas, and Virginia, have privacy laws that grant rights to their residents. Some of those laws apply only to businesses that exceed certain size thresholds. Regardless of the state in which you live, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and give you access to it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete the information you have provided to us;
- provide you with a copy of that information in a portable format.
Because we do not sell personal information, do not use it for targeted advertising, and do not engage in profiling that produces legal effects, there is nothing you need to opt out of in those respects.
How to make a request. Write to info@worldsportscity.biz. To protect your information, we may ask for information that verifies your identity before responding. You may submit a request through an authorized agent, who will need to provide proof of that authorization. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you, and the extension will not exceed an additional 45 days.
Appeals. If we deny your request, we will explain why. You may ask us to reconsider the decision by replying to the same message, and we will inform you of the outcome within the period provided by applicable law. If we uphold the denial, we will tell you how to contact the authority in your state, which is generally the Attorney General.
Non-discrimination. Exercising any of these rights will not change how we treat you or the terms we offer you.
10. Information for California Residents
For purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.), and to the extent it applies to World Sports City, the information we collect through the Site falls into the following categories:
- identifiers, such as name, email address, and IP address;
- professional information, such as company and job title;
- internet activity information, limited to the technical logs described in Section 2.2.
The purposes, sources, and recipients are those described in Sections 2 through 4. We do not sell or share personal information, within the meaning of that law, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83).
Nevada Residents. We do not sell covered information under chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes. Nevertheless, you may send us a request to opt out of sales at the address provided in Section 15.
11. Minors
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16 years of age, including children under 13 years of age, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.). If we learn that we have received such information, we will delete it. If you are aware of any such case, please contact us.
12. Visitors Outside the United States
World Sports City is headquartered in the United States. When you contact us, your information may be processed in the United States and in the countries where our service providers operate. The data protection laws of those countries may differ from those of the country where you live. In any case, we handle your information as described in this policy.
13. Links to Other Websites
If the Site contains links to third-party websites, this policy does not apply to them. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of each of those websites.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The version in effect is always the one posted on this page, with the date of the most recent update at the top. If the changes are material, we will also highlight them prominently on the Site before they take effect.
This policy is available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Translations are provided for convenience only. If there is any conflict between versions, the English version controls.
